Booths discount tips

The Booths Story

The Booth story begins as far back as 1847 when Edwin Henry Booth opened a shop in Blackpool. He was just 19 at the time. However, the business was a success and in 1863 he started selling alcohol as well. By 1879 he was opening branches in different areas of the country. His son took over at the beginning of the 20th century and started opening cafes in the stores. In 1920 he invited all staff to become shareholders. It remains owned by the Booth family and staff today. The business has been pressured many times by rivals, including Safeway and Waitrose. But, the business remains true to its core value; premium products at attractive prices with first-class service. It appears to be working as they are still successfully trading.

What Booths Offers

Booths remains a general store, offering an extensive array of products. This includes your staples, such as bread, sugar, flour, and even coffee. They also offer luxurious cakes, an impressive selection of own-branded products, and almost any alcohol you could imagine. There are currently nearly 30 stores across the north of England. Although they are no longer the largest supermarket chain in this part of the country, they are still one of the most popular. Of course, alongside all the delicious food and drink you can also enjoy a snack and refreshment in their in-store cafe. It is the perfect spot to meet friends and shoot the breeze.

Booths Online

Booths do have a well-designed website although you cannot order their products from it. However, they do have a deal with Amazon Fresh. Any Amazon Fresh customer can order Booths products online and enjoy a ready meal, cheese, or almost anything else from their range, without having to leave their home. The website gives you a little history of the business, the opportunity to find your closest store and see all the relevant detail of the store. The site also features interesting recipes for you to try, an insight into Booths branded products, stories about the stores, and the opportunity to get a Booths loyalty card with associated benefits. Alongside this, there is a useful event finder as Booths loves holding different events in their stores.

The Booths Newsletter

Sign up for the newsletter with your email address and you will get all the latest offers, new stock ranges, events, and other interesting news sent directly to your inbox. Booths Loyalty Scheme

When you join the Booths loyalty scheme you simply need to show your card every time you are in-store to get a discount. Any product that has a gold piggy bank on it will automatically be reduced by 5% at the till when you show your loyalty card. The five percent is put onto your card and when the balance reaches £5 you will be issued with a £5 Booths voucher to use on anything you want in-store. That is a real incentive to join the loyalty scheme and shop with Booths.

Promotions & Discounts At Booths

There are often promotions at Booths that you need to be aware of and take advantage of. This can be products heading out-of-date, or simply a special deal that the company wants to offer. It is certainly worth keeping an eye on what they have to offer. Alongside this, you should embrace the discount codes available on www.1offers.co.uk. You are already on the website which means you may as well spare a few moments to check what codes are available. Choose the one that saves you the most money and use it when you pay for your items. It is that simple. Of course, codes do change regularly. To ensure you are getting a valid code we verify all the discount codes daily. All we ask is that you take the code as close to when you are going to use it as possible. It will help you to shop with confidence.
