Bunches discount tips

The Bunches Story

Bunches was the brainchild of Erik and Sandra Hoving. They started the business in 1989 as a small flower stall. It was in the Four Seasons shopping centre in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire. Business was surprisingly good and this led them to invest in a postal operation. The following year they rented factory space and started sending bunches of flowers to people across the country. An order could be placed at the local Post Office and it would be phoned through to Bunches. They were then processing it and send it out, with just three initial staff doing all the work! Within two years you can place your order at any Post Office in the country! The business proved to be a huge success and they added chocolates to their product list before moving to bigger premises in 2001, this was enlarged again in 2007! Today the business also offers flowers and other products through their website but they still use the Royal Mail to deliver everything. Impressively, the business is still family-owned and run.

The Brunches Range

The Brunches product range started with flowers and this remains their main focus. You’ll find an array of bouquets on offer, ranging from flowers of the season to birthday bouquets, and even an option to let the florist select the flowers for you. Alongside this, brunches offer letterbox flowers. These are flowers sent inside a special box that is designed to slide through the letterbox and can then be put into water. It’s a very popular option. Brunches also offers house plants, boxes of chocolates, and some impressive hampers, all of which can be accompanied by a greeting card of your choice.

How To Order from Brunches

You no longer need to go into your local Post office to order from Brunches. The majority of people simply visit their website and place an order online. However, they do work with affiliates and you may place an order with one of them and not realizing you are using Brunches. The business also specializes in business-to-business deliveries.

Alongside the great selection of flowers, hampers, and treats, you’ll experience days that can be ordered online and there is plenty of information regarding their ethical approach to flowers. You should also note that if you sign up with bunches you’ll be rewarded with Posy points. You get 5 points every time you spend £1 and each point is worth a penny!

Brunches Delivery Terms

Brunches still use the Royal Mail to deliver your flowers. They offer a next day delivery service but you’ll need to place your order before 5.15pm to qualify.
